Writing about Sofia Vergara last week and how it seems to me that Modern Family is an updated version of Married With Children got me thiking…. About Christina Applegate.

If you were around in the 80’s and 90’s it would have been difficult not to notice Christina Applegate as Kelly Bundy in Married With Children as the archetypal dumb blonde teenager. I loved the series – without it there would have been no Modern Family, nor I guesss a plethora of other comedies of this genre – there was something very clever about Married With Children… I’ve often wondered to if the series was a possible inspiration or influence for The Simpsons.

How you approach a woman will be the first thing that will determine if the she will feel attracted to you. Your approach will vary with the looks and status of the woman you want to approach. A woman who rates as a 9 or 10 will need a completely different approach than a 5, 6, 7, or even an 8. Women with good looks or high status get more attention and compliments in general with women not so attractive or the ones not sharing the same status.

Your approach will determine the kind of attention you get. When approaching more attractive women, treat them like their looks don’t matter at all. You need to make them feel that you don’t care about their looks.
